To send you this information, the data controller processes your name, surname, your e-mail address or your telephone number, which you have provided.
In order to ensure the quality of your data, the data controller uses a two-step confirmation process. If you accept the processing of your personal data for this purpose, you will receive an e-mail in which you will be asked to confirm your e-mail, and that your personal data may be processed for this purpose.
Profiling will be based on automated decisions to ensure that marketing, information on discounts and promotional campaigns which you receive are of interest to you. We will carry out this profiling using our own sources based on our stored data which you have provided us with directly (date f birth/age, country and postal code), from your purchasing history and information on the products and/or services which you have purchased and only if you give us express permission to do so by putting a cross in the relevant field in the forms used for information gathering on this website (such as purchasing form, reservation form, forms for requesting information, contact forms or subscribing to the newsletter, among others), or in information you have given us in the surveys you have participated in.
Based on the data mentioned above automated decisions will be made based on your transaction history (the type of product and services you have purchased, whether or not you have an annual pass or whether you buy food and drink in the park or via our website), social and economic criteria (the customer’s age and purchasing history, from where it will also be possible to determine whether you have children and, if so, the number of children you have based on the number of child tickets - junior tickets you have purchased), demographic criteria based on data which you have provided us with directly (postal code, which you have provided when purchasing), analyses of your reaction to our marketing communication (i.e. whether you decided to purchase the product or service on offer or not), and, only with your express permission, the information you provide in the surveys you answer (surveys that are designed to establish your level of satisfaction, your experience and to give you the opportunity to provide suggestions regarding the products and/or services you have purchased, and to give us the opportunity to gain insight into our position on the market, and whether you are likely to buy our products and/or services again).
This profiling will not be used to make automated decisions that can have legal consequences for you or that could in some other way impact you significantly. This profiling will only be used to send you marketing material, information on discounts and promotional campaigns about products, services, arrangements or activities in the Parques Reunidos Group, which we think will be of interest to you based on the criteria mentioned above.
Legal basis: We process your data if you give us your express consent to do so by putting a cross in the field provided specifically for this purpose in the forms that are available on this website (such as the online purchasing form, form for requesting information, form for booking groups and school visits, subscribing to newsletters, etc.) Please not that, you can, at any time, withdraw your consent or exercise your rights that are stated below in the section "What are my data protection rights?" under this privacy policy. If you have given us express permission to use the information in the surveys you have chosen to answer, for profiling and to send you relevant marketing material, you may also , at any time, exercise your rights and withdraw your consent or invoke your right to object in accordance with the procedure that is described below in the section "What are my rights in regard to data protection?" in this privacy policy.
Using the data that is collected in surveys as an additional resource for profiling (personalisation)
Only if you have expressly given us permission to do this via one of the forms that are available on the website (such as the online purchasing form, contact or enquiry form, form for booking arrangements, for booking groups and school visits), will we process your personal data (e-mail, SMS, telephone number) and, if relevant, any non-personal data collected during the surveys you have answered (surveys that are used to find out how satisfied customers are with the products and/or services they have purchased), their experiences and to give customers the opportunity to provide suggestions and give us the opportunity to conduct market surveys and analyses (quantitative and qualitative) that are used to ascertain our position in the industry and to find out whether or not our clients are likely to purchase our products and/or services again) will be processed as an additional parameter for profiling and to analyse your preferences to ensure that we send you relevant advertising, discounts and information on promotional campaigns by any means, including electronic (e-mail, SMS, and telephone calls) about products and services from one of the European companies in the Parques Reunidos Group (you can find a list of these companies in the section "Parques Reunidos Group companies in Europe" in this privacy policy), related to the leisure and hotel industries, annual pass or arrangements that are run by one of these companies, according to your preferences, and provided that you have given us prior permission to do so.
Your profile will be developed with the help of the following parameters:your transaction history (the type of product and services you have purchased, whether or not you have an annual pass or whether you buy food and drink in the park or via our website), social and economic criteria (the customer’s age and purchasing history, from where it will also be possible to determine whether you have children and, if so, the number of children you have based on the number of child tickets - junior tickets you have purchased), demographic criteria based on data which you have provided us with directly (postal code, which you have provided when purchasing), analyses of your reaction to our marketing communication (i.e. whether you decided to purchase the product or service offered in the commercial communication or not), and, only with your express permission, the information you provide in the surveys you have chosen to answer.
Please not that, based on your profile, automated decisions will be taken about suggesting marketing material, information on discounts and promotional campaigns about products, services, and arrangements which we think will be of interest to you based on the parameters described above. Under no circumstances will this profiling be used to make automated decisions that can have legal consequences for you or that could in some other way impact you significantly.
Legal basis: We only process your data is you give us express permission to do so by putting a cross in the field that is specifically provided for this in the form used for online purchasing of tickets or arrangements or in the form used for groups and school visits, and if you have given us express permission to send you marketing in accordance with the terms stated in this privacy policy. Otherwise this processing will not take place.
If you do not wish the information provided in the surveys to be used as additional parameters for profiling, you can withdraw your consent or exercise your right to object by following the procedure stated below in the section "What are my rights in regard to data protection?", that is included in this privacy policy.
We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that you can object to profiling based solely on automated decisions, request to have human intervention, provide you views and object to automated decisions by sending your request to the data controllers following the procedure described below in the section " What are my rights in regard to data protection?" in this privacy policy.
Finally, your data will automatically cease to be processed for the purposes described in this section, if you ask us to unsubscribe you from our commercial communication via one of the methods that will be made available to you on every piece of commercial communication which you receive, or via one of the methods described in the section "What are my rights in regard to data protection?" in this privacy policy.

AI-Based Chatbot
We make available to users of our Website an artificial-intelligence-based chatbot, hereinafter the "Chatbot", the purpose of which is to answer frequently asked questions and provide general information about our parks, services, products, events and activities.
The Chatbot is designed to provide responses based on publicly available information of a general nature. It is not intended to manage bookings, purchases, vouchers, complaints, claims, incidents or requests relating to specific cases.
If you wish to contact a human agent or carry out an individualised enquiry, please note that such contact does not take place within this Chatbot. You may reach a human agent through our official channels, via mail: post@bonbonland.dk
How Does the Chatbot Work?
The Chatbot uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate automated responses based on the questions submitted by users.
The responses generated by the Chatbot are of a purely informational nature. Although we take reasonable measures to endeavour to ensure that the information provided is accurate and up to date, responses may be incomplete, contain errors, be inaccurate or not be up to date.
Accordingly, the information provided by the Chatbot should not be regarded as professional, legal or contractual advice, nor as the sole source for making material decisions. If the information is important to you, we recommend that you verify it through the park's official channels or contact customer services via mail: post@bonbonland.dk
Appropriate Use of the Chatbot
It is not necessary to provide personal data in order to use the Chatbot. Accordingly, we ask that you do not enter:
• Your own or third parties' personal data or confidential information, such as: full name, email address, telephone number, national identity document number, foreign national identity number, passport number, park voucher number, booking reference, purchase identifier, curriculum vitae or any other data that may identify an individual.
• Personal data of minors, including full names, photographs, contact details, school data, health information, allergies, intolerances or any other information that may identify them directly or indirectly.
• Special categories of data, such as information relating to health, disability, allergies, intolerances, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs or any other particularly sensitive information.
• Financial or payment information, such as bank card numbers, bank account numbers, security codes, proof of payment or any other data relating to payment methods.
• Information relating to complaints, claims, incidents or requests requiring individualised handling. For such matters, you should use the customer service channels made available by the park via mail: post@bonbonland.dk
• Any other information that is not necessary to submit a general enquiry.
The Chatbot does not require any of these data in order to respond to the enquiries for which it has been designed.
Processing of Personal Data
The Chatbot does not process personal data as part of its primary purpose, nor does it require personal data in order to respond to enquiries submitted by users.
However, if the user voluntarily enters personal data during the conversation, such data may be incorporated in an ancillary and temporary manner into the content of the conversation. In such cases, the data will predominantly be stored temporarily as part of the technical conversation history, solely for the time necessary to enable the operation of the service and its subsequent masking.
Please note that the Chatbot does not itself manage any transfer of your enquiry to a human agent within its environment. Should you wish to contact a human agent, you must do so through our official customer service channels (available at mail: post@bonbonland.dk), which operate independently of the Chatbot. In that context, the human agent may have access to the conversation history, which will predominantly be masked in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Personal data entered by the user into the Chatbot will not be used to personalise responses, create profiles, make automated decisions, analyse the user's individual behaviour or manage requests relating to specific cases.
The provision of personal data by the user is voluntary and is not necessary in order to use the Chatbot or to obtain a response to the enquiries submitted.
The Chatbot's responses are generated automatically by means of artificial intelligence systems.
The Chatbot does not replace the official customer service channels or the assistance provided by individuals. If the user wishes to contact a human agent, carry out a specific transaction, submit a complaint, report an incident or make a request relating to a purchase, booking, voucher or ticket, they may do so via mail: post@bonbonland.dk. In this regard, we inform you that, should you access the official channels for the handling of your enquiries, the processing of your personal data will be governed by the provisions of the corresponding privacy policy: mail: post@bonbonland.dk

In the event that personal data of a minor are voluntarily entered during a conversation, such data will be subject to automatic masking within a maximum period of one hour from the end of the conversation, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

• Enabling the technical operation of the conversation;
• Temporarily maintaining the conversation history for the strictly necessary period;
• Applying the corresponding personal data masking procedures;
• Ensuring the security, integrity and proper functioning of the service.
Personal data entered by the user will not be used to provide a personalised response to the enquiry where such data are not necessary for that purpose, nor to manage bookings, purchases, vouchers, complaints, claims or specific incidents. Conversations held through the Chatbot and any personal data that may be voluntarily entered by users will not be used to train foundational artificial intelligence models or to develop individual user profiles.
In the event that this circumstance were to change in the future, users will be informed in advance by means of the corresponding update to this Privacy Policy and, where necessary, the appropriate legal basis will be obtained.
Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the data controller, consisting of making available to users an automated tool for consulting publicly available information and answering frequently asked questions about the products, services and activities offered.
The Chatbot has been designed to operate without the need to process personal data. However, in the event that the user decides to voluntarily enter personal data during the conversation, such data may be incorporated in an ancillary manner into the content of the conversation and will be stored temporarily for the sole purpose of enabling the technical operation of the service and its subsequent masking.
The provision of personal data through the Chatbot constitutes a free and voluntary act on the part of the user, but is not necessary for the use of the service or for obtaining responses.
Retention of Information
Personal data voluntarily provided by the user during the conversation will predominantly be irreversibly masked within a maximum period of one hour from the end of the conversation. In the residual cases in which personal data are not masked, we confirm that the conversation history will be deleted within 3 days from the end of your conversation with the Chatbot.
Once that period has elapsed, the data will no longer be available as personal data and cannot be used to identify the user.
Use of Conversations for Training or Improvement of AI Models
Conversations held through the Chatbot and any personal data that may be voluntarily entered by users will not be used to train foundational artificial intelligence models or to develop individual user profiles.
In the event that this circumstance were to change in the future, users will be informed in advance by means of the corresponding update to this Privacy Policy and, where necessary, the appropriate legal basis will be obtained.
Automated Decisions
The Chatbot does not make decisions that produce legal effects on users or decisions that similarly significantly affect them.
The tool is limited to providing automated information of a general nature in response to enquiries made by users.
Human Oversight and Alternative Channels
The Chatbot's responses are generated automatically by means of artificial intelligence systems.
The Chatbot does not replace the official customer service channels or the assistance provided by individuals. If the user wishes to contact a human agent, carry out a specific transaction, submit a complaint, report an incident or make a request relating to a purchase, booking, voucher or ticket, they must do so exclusively through our official channels at mail: post@bonbonland.dk. Where a human agent handles such a request, they may access the conversation history generated through the Chatbot; however, such history will predominantly be masked in accordance with this Privacy Policy prior to being made available.
Users' Rights
Users may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as any other rights recognised by the applicable data protection legislation, by contacting the Data Protection Officer at dpo@grpr.com.
Where data have been masked in accordance with the periods indicated above, it may not be possible for us to respond to requests relating to specific conversations if it is no longer possible to identify the information associated with the user.
Additional Information
For any matter relating to the operation of the Chatbot or the use of artificial intelligence, you may contact post@bonbonland.dk In the section on purposes and legal basis for processing, a new processing activity must be added covering all matters relating to the Chatbot:
Chatbot
The chatbot available on our website is not intended for the processing of your personal data. However, should you use it and voluntarily choose to enter your personal data, such data will be processed for the purpose of enabling the technical operation of the service and its subsequent masking. Please note that any contact with a human agent does not take place within the Chatbot's environment, but exclusively through the official customer service channels made available by the park. The human agent may access the chatbot conversation to manage your petition.
In most cases, the conversation history will not contain your personal data. However, there are marginal cases in which certain personal data may be stored in the history (although this will be deleted as soon as possible and in accordance with the retention periods set out in this privacy policy).
Please be aware that the Chatbot does not itself redirect you to a human agent within its environment. Should you choose to contact a human agent through our official channels, that agent may have access to the conversation history generated through the Chatbot. Such history will predominantly be masked prior to access, in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The human agent may also request any additional personal data that is necessary, in accordance with the processing activity described under 'Customer Service'.
Categories of personal data processed: as the chatbot does not request personal data, the categories of personal data processed will depend on the data you voluntarily enter into the tool.
Legal basis: the processing of data will be carried out for the application, at the data subject's request, of pre-contractual measures or for the performance of the contract (terms and conditions) to which you are a party by virtue of the purchase or reservation of products or services.
In the section providing information on the criteria used to determine personal data retention periods, a new point must be added regarding the retention of information in the chatbot:
Chatbot: Chatbot conversations and associated data may be deleted after 3 days, although they may be stored for a maximum period of 12 months. In any event, please note that stored conversations will not contain personal data.
